Just when we thought we had survived from the big party last Saturday (it was huge!) we realized the next one is only hours away! Tonight (Friday the 25th) we are going to bring one of the ultimate geniuses of the deep electronic music scene for your eyes & ears only!

The rumor is that Luomo will be playing some completely new tunes alongside the golden oldies.

Big Boy Tesla In Helsinki This Week

I just can't stop listening to Tesla Boy's "Modern Thrills" album. I've been looping it in my mp3-player for weeks now. Almost every track has hit potential but it's still not cheesy enough to get boring at any point.

Sonic Reservoir posse will be on air with Tesla Boy on Saturday. We'll start from Basso (102,8mhz/www.basso.fi) after 7 pm and continue to Radio Helsinki (88,6 mhz/www.radiohelsinki.fi) at 8:30 pm. Basso's show will be hosted by Emperatron deejays and Helsinki's by Tuomas Rinta-Panttila.

After the interviews it will obviously be disco-time again! In Korjaamo Baxter will warm up the crowd for Tesla and I'm going to host the night together with DJ LZRBOY. What comes to us, the deejays, we'll make shure the dancing will continue until the early hours after the gigs!

HHS is back!

Long time no see!

HHS blog is back on track again. One reason for this is that we never meant to stop blogging (Whoops!) and the other one is this hell-of-a-busy-spring we have in front of us.

On friday 11.3.2011 Upi will be on FIRE! First he is going to warm up the crowd @ Les Animaux (Grand Opening) party in Isoroba 10 and continue to destroy the dance floor with some peak-time bombs at DTM's Danceteria rave.

The rest of the month will be a luxurious one for Sonic Reservoir. Some events we are producing this month are:

On one beautiful day we took our music with us literally to the underground. Here is the result:

Every underground party needs to have that "oh shit-moment". Last time our aggregate broke down just before the start and this time it was the cross-over (the small box that makes the sound go to upper or lower frequency speakers and right and left). Luckily our technical prodigy, Ossi made it all good in the dark on a sketchy table with just a screwdriver and me showing the light with two small torches . Thanks Ossi!

The location of this 1 km long, old train TUNNEL was pretty good so even though it was raining outside and we found a couple of foxes running around the place people found their way to the venue over all our expectations.

The party started on time and people were really nice except those bastards who stole Jussi's UV-fabrics from the walls.

I think the crew, all the deejays and THE CROWD(!!) did their very best before, during and after the party so big THANK YOU is now sent to you all!

Sh*t is getting serious!

I just can't help it... It's like 30 degrees celcius outside and the only thing I can really think about is to try to figure out what the hell I'm going to play in Jackin' Jenny Opening party @ Jenny Woo tomorrow.

One thing I know for shure is that this duo has it all in it's new remix for FUKKK OFF. It has it already in it's name but when the huge synths start to eat your brain the only thin you can do is welll....... rave?
